7 days agoby alloverthemapAt the Sleeping Bear Dunes overlook, where the dunes are 450 feet high, and super duper steep. See those little black dots in the center of the lower part of the picture? Those are people trying, against the advice of all the posted signs, to climb the dune from the beach. After an hour of climbing, crawling, and taking turns pulling each other, they made it to the top. And probably swore they'd never do it again. Continue reading »
